Specially designed for Intermec’s CV60 and CV40, the DCA5.CV60 brings all of the features, reliability, performance, efficiency, and quality of an Opus Solutions intelligent power supply to Intermec’s popular vehicle mount computer. The DCA5.CV60 greatly expands and enhances the applications of the CV60 computer and is the first power supply to do so.

Like other Opus Solutions power supplies, the DCA5.CV60 protects against corruption or data loss due to power interruption, and vehicle battery drainage with its automatic start-up and shutdown capabilities. If desired, the power supply can be set up to keep the computer running for a designated amount of time after the vehicle is turned off. Also, the power supply detects system crashes and automatically recovers, and it senses when the ignition is off and shuts down the system gracefully if possible or otherwise cuts the power to avoid draining the battery.

A green LED on the side of the DCA5.CV60 indicates system status and health and serves as a simple and useful aid to troubleshooting.
